Anand Shah

Anand Shah, President and Principal

Anand serves as President of Condominium Associates. He brings more than 15-years of real estate management and investing experience to Condominium Associates. Anand is a Licensed Community Association Manager; he is an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI); and Chief Executive Officer of Management Companies (CEOMC). Prior to Condominium Associates, Anand was responsible for managing approximately 125 associations across the Tampa Bay Area for Continental Group (a First Service held company Nasdaq: FSRV). Today, Anand is responsible for the operation of over two hundred and thirty community associations in Florida and in excess of 5 billion dollars in client assets. Anand graduated from the University of South Florida with multiple degrees: Bachelor of Science, Management Information Systems and Biology.

Anand actively supports local sports teams and volunteers as a golf and tennis coach to his young daughter. He is a student of psychology and appreciates the nuances of human nature. He is a fitness enthusiast and believes in the power of exercise and the revitalizing effects of yoga.

Stella Galaris

Stella Galaris, Associate General Counsel

As Associate General Counsel of Condominium Associates, Stella Galaris brings a unique level of experience and perspective in the constantly evolving property management industry.

Working in the corporate office in Clearwater, Stella supports CA’s executive team with strategic management of corporate operations and client support. Additionally, Stella works tirelessly promoting the rights of all owners who live, serve, and work within community associations and other common interest ownership communities. By leading advocacy initiatives with state legislators, local law firms, public policy makers, and lobbyists, Stella is keenly aware and protective of those clients who lack the platform to voice their beliefs and concerns regarding the laws that directly impact their property values and costs of ownership.

Stella is a graduate of the University of South Florida (Business Administration), Oklahoma City School of Law (Magna Cum Laude), and holds a Masters in Taxation from the University of Florida. Since 1994 she has owned and operated her own law practice in Dunedin, Florida specializing in real estate law. Stella is licensed and is a member in good standing of both the Massachusetts Bar and Florida Bar.

Stella is married and is the mother of two teenage boys. She is an active volunteer in the Pinellas County School system; and as a student advocate, she currently sits on the Intervention and Appeals Committee at Osceola High School. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, boating, and any activity centered on the beach and spending time with her family.

Peter Lucadano

Peter Lucadano, Executive Vice President of Property Management

Peter oversees all property management operations throughout the Tampa Bay area. As part of CA’s senior leadership team, Peter works directly with ownership to ensure that the vision, culture and direction of CA affords superior service to our clients. Peter recently joined CA in early 2016. As a former CEO of a $20MM service company for the past fifteen years he brings an abundance of solid wealth of business experience. Peter earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Liberty University and also earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix with a concentration in finance. His credentials include being an Internationally Certified Arborist, a Licensed Irrigation Contractor, a Licensed Florida Horticultural Professional, a Licensed Certified Operator and a nationally Certified Landscape Management Professional.

As a former college and professional baseball player, Peter coaches and provides mentorship for youth league players throughout Tampa Bay. Peter is an avid fitness and martial arts enthusiast. He and his wife of 23-years have raised four wonderful children.

Doug Jenkins

Doug Jenkins, LCAM, Executive Vice President of Operations & Ancillary Business

Doug has been working in the property management, development and investment industries since 1987. He has been an Executive Director, Director of HUD Programs and Affordable Housing Development, an on-site Manager, a Regional Manager, Vice President of Operations and Portfolio Asset Manager for a diversity of Community Management, Investment and Development entities. Doug has worked with HUD, LIHTC, Conventional Multifamily and Condominium Communities. His broadest responsibility consisted of overseeing the program compliance and monitoring operations of over 900 multifamily communities throughout the U.S. for institutional investors.

Doug joined Condominium Associates in 2011 and serves as Executive Vice President of Operations and Ancillary Business. As part of his operational oversight he directs the Transitional, Client Services and Client Relations groups. Doug focuses on the refinement of working efficiencies, delivery of exemplary customer services and advancement of CA’s Mission as well as Business Philosophy. Doug is also involved in the assessment and progression of secondary business groups that support the core CA activities. Doug has his Community Association and Real Estate Licenses as well as a number of technical certifications.

Doug is an accomplished musician, artist and photographer. His patrons have extended from North America to Europe and his art has been featured in magazines and on the big screen. He spends his down time enjoying waterside leisure activities such as fishing and beach combing.

Kathy Bramhall

Kathy Melikian Bramhall, CMCA, AMS, Vice President of Sales & Retention

Kathy never thought of herself as a “sales” person; however, after 20+ years, she found that she is a modern version of one. Her business ethics for honesty and perseverance have made her who she is today, people can see it and it’s what draws them in.

Kathy began her career in Indiana when she was in her early 20’s. She wanted a career in an industry that would survive economic turmoil, where making money went hand-in-hand with helping people. Managing apartment buildings afforded that. Her career evolved into association management, which allowed her to manage condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes. She acquired very valuable general construction knowledge at that time. In 2002, she moved to Florida to be closer to family. Career is important, but personal life and family come first. She didn’t learn that overnight. She researched many management companies in the Tampa Bay area and decided that Condominium Associates would be a good fit for her. Larger companies don’t always provide good customer service, but medium-sized, locally owned companies are better able to control their practices. By that she means they are free to tailor their services to supply customer needs; not bow to what a corporate office dictates. Kathy began her career with CA in our Harbour Island office; and, after 4-years, she approached the owners about opening a much-needed Pasco County office. She promised them that within 5-years she would grow the office to be larger than our Harbour Island location. She met her goal.

In 2015, Kathy was offered the role of Vice President of Sales & Retention. Since she was already indirectly involved in selling and needed a new challenge, she jumped at the offer. She now handles new business development and client retention on a company-wide basis and she loves it. Over the past several years, she started teaching and coaching board members. She enjoys public speaking and sharing her knowledge and experiences within our industry.

Kathy is an animal-rights activist and a member of both the SPCA and Humane Society. She is also a supporter of Lab Rescue, having adopted two dogs from their shelter. She has active membership in the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Pasco Alliance of Community Associations (PACA), Community Associations Institute (CAI), and the Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce.

Tom Simpson

Tom Simpson, LCAM, Vice President of Property Management

Tom Simpson brings over seventeen years of experience as a Licensed Community Association Manager and is a leader in the property management industry. A nine-year veteran of CA, Tom has risen through the ranks from his initial service as a Licensed Community Association Portfolio Manager. Tom’s strong leadership skills and dynamic ability to develop relationships have paved the way for his role in directing all company property management regions. Tom’s previous experience in the grocery industry provided a background of managing $16MM in annual revenue throughout the Tampa Bay region. Tom is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a graduate of Hillsborough Community College. He also attended the University of South Florida.

Tom has been happily married for twenty years and is the proud father of three boys. Tom’s avid love and knowledge of baseball have led to many years of successful coaching, directing youth baseball leagues, and guiding his sons along the path of competitive baseball.

Martica Fitzgerald, MSHM, LCAM , Executive Director of Client Relations

As part of Condominium Associates (CA) senior leadership team, Martica works directly with the ownership, valued clients and team members to propagate superior service to our external and internal clientele. She received her Master’s in Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, where she is an active member of the Alumni Association. Martica is a language arts enthusiast, and is fluent in Spanish and studying French. Her career in property management began straight out of Graduate School with one of the Industry giants. Spanning her 13-year career, Martica has worked in virtually all aspects of the property management field from human resources to management to accounting and beyond. She has worked with CA for over 8 years and lives in Land O’Lakes with her husband, young son and three 3 rescue dogs. She is active in children, animal and human rights circles. She enjoys classic movies, music, equestrian activities and spending time with her friends and family.

Leslie Larzelere, LCAM, CMCA, Vice President of Property Management

Leslie’s real estate career began in 1990 with multifamily property management. Her efforts while in this industry landed her recognitions such as top ten Sales Associate in Florida, a Certified Apartment Manager designation, Secretary for the Board of Directors of Tri-City Apartment Association while maintaining her membership with National Apartment Association. With this expertise, she transitioned during the year 2000 to the real estate sector of association management where she supports high-rise and low-rise condominiums, homeowners’ communities and commercial properties. Her specialties are problem-solving and her fluent knowledge of the state’s statutes as well as association governing documents. It is with hard work and dedication that she has achieved her role as Regional Director. Leslie currently holds her license as Community Association Manager, a Certified Manager of Community Associations designation and she is an active member of Community Association Institute, (CAI).

Leslie is the mother of four children with a daughter serving in the US Navy and two daughters and a son who support their community by volunteering for The Special Olympics and other charitable organizations. Leslie’s passion for animals drove her to start a Non-Profit horse rescue foundation. She also volunteers as team parent to support her children’s football, cheerleading and lacrosse teams.

Gary Vosselmann, Director of Condominium Associates Maintenance Solutions (CAMS)

Originally from the auto industry in New York, Mr. Vosselmann had fast track success as the new car manager for Koeppel Porsche/Audi by the age of 25. Over time Mr. Vosselmann served in various executive management positions for brands including Volkswagen and Toyota before deciding to move to Florida in 1990. When he arrived in Florida he quickly grew his own business while expanding his experience through various entrepreneurial vertical businesses, at one point owning three Midas franchises. In 1995, Mr. Vosselmann volunteered for the Board of Directors in his own community and was introduced to the property management and maintenance industry. He earned his property managers license (LCAM) from the State of Florida and has worked within the industry ever since. In 2016 he took over management of the CAMS (Community Association Maintenance Solutions) division of Condominium Associates as its managing partner. Mr. Vosselmann has been happily married to his wife Elyse for more than 25 years and they have two young adult children, Emily and Seth. Mr. Vosselmann and his family reside in Palm Harbor where they have lived for more than 25 years.

Jennifer Ward, LCAM , Election Monitor, Director of Client Services and Training

As part of Condominium Associates (CA) senior leadership team, Jen oversees the Client Services Departments in Clearwater, Harbour Island and Pasco. She has been in the management industry for 17 years. Jen joined CA in 2004 as an administrative assistant and has since moved up the ladder. She is 1 of 18 election monitors in the state of Florida. Her areas of expertise include condominium elections, training and knowledge of governing documents. Jen is a Florida native and enjoys the Florida lifestyle. Her interests are music, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family and friends.
